Tools required:
* Visual Studio 2013
* CMake 2.8.12 or later

1. Download sources from https://github.com/taglib/taglib/archive/v1.9.1.zip, unpack
2. Create subdirectory "build" in root of source tree
3. In subdirectory "build" run command:
     cmake -G "Visual Studio 12" -DENABLE_STATIC=ON -DENABLE_STATIC_RUNTIME=ON -DCMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES=Debug;Release -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="/MP /DWIN32 /D_WINDOWS /W3 /GR /Zi /EHsc /arch:SSE2 /Fd$(OutDir)$(TargetName).pdb" -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_DEBUG="/D_DEBUG /MTd /Ob0 /Od /RTC1 /D_HAS_ITERATOR_DEBUGGING=0 /D_SECURE_SCL=0" -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE="/MT /Ox /Ob2 /Oi /Ot /Oy /GL /DNDEBUG" -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS="/MP /DWIN32 /D_WINDOWS /W3 /Zi /arch:SSE2 /Fd$(OutDir)$(TargetName).pdb" -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS_DEBUG="/D_DEBUG /MTd /Ob0 /Od /RTC1 /D_HAS_ITERATOR_DEBUGGING=0 /D_SECURE_SCL=0" -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS_RELEASE="/MT /Ox /Ob2 /Oi /Ot /Oy /GL /DNDEBUG" -DCMAKE_STATIC_LINKER_FLAGS_RELEASE="/LTCG" ..
4. Open taglib.sln with Visual Studio
5. Build "tag" project as Debug and Release
6. Collect tag.lib and all headers
